By chance, I sold a $77,000 brick home to an investor who personally owned over 350 rental properties. It was one of the easiest and fastest transactions I ever handled.


I've since been involved with thousands of residential investment transactions, in multiple U.S. markets. The specialized knowledge I gained from working exclusively with investors the past 28 years paved the way to personal investments, including 400+ flips, rentals, and other creative deal structures.
